What Went Wrong - #2

Hi again, This is my second post on WWW (What Went Wrong).

Did you happen to see what went wrong with the first WWW (What Went Wrong)? I believe you did, and here are the corrections on those conversations.
Let see if we could spot the same error and let see if you can correct them.

Jake: Hi, John. How're you been doing today?

John: Morning Jake, I am doing ok. Where did you went go on the weekend?

Jake: I went to Pattaya. What about you?

John: I just went back to Phuket.

Here are the explanation on those correction:

1. How're you been doing today?  X
   Correction: How're you doing today?
   Explanation:  The question "how are you doing today" is the same as "how are you today?".  "How have you been doing?" can also be used if you have not see that person in some period of time, but then the answer to these question have to be in the same tense form.
2. Where did you went on the weekend?  X
   Correction: Where did you go on/during the weekend?
   Explanation:  When asking question in the past we will add verb to do to make question and verb needs to be V1.
   Reference: Past Simple Tense.
3. I just went back to Phuket.  X
   Correction: I went to Phuket. (or I just came back from Phuket). 
4. Jonh.  X
   Correction: John

Hi guys, I am Mitty. I've just started to post my article in WWW. I am based in Bangkok, in other word, I live in Bangkok. Can you tell me where is your location?

I started learning English when I am 11 years old (grade 5). It was a bit late comparing to the children these days. Back then, I was in the countryside far away from Bangkok. Yes, you may say I am a country man, a man who was in the countryside.
